”I will definitely be back but very frustrated with the reservation system. I reserved the Manor Queen suite which was supposed to have a queen and a pull out couch. We were being our son with us so when we got in room and found a king and just arm chairs I wasn’t pleased at all. He had to make other arrangements to stay somewhere else.”

”Tiny room, terrible breakfast for $29, $4 for each bottled water. The sofa bed was not made when we checked in. There was one blanket and pillow for it, we called the front desk that night, and no one came to deliver any other blanket or pillow. Overall not a good experience and will not be staying there again.”

”Wonderful staff. Gorgeous, clean rooms. Bathroom was very spacious. Loved the hotel bar food/drink option onsite and the free breakfast. Wished I would have stayed longer than one night.”

”This property was just average and lacking on many amenities for the steep price. Little touches like tiny pilllows on the beds no soap in the bathrooms no bedsheet unless you ask for it just a duvet? When we got to the complimentary breakfast within the serving hours they had run out of food? Cypress restaurant was also a disappointment. Do your research and stay elsewhere”

”Everything is good. However, I was confused a lot while chekcing in because of mandatory velit parking. It could be much more better to have a clear sign notice at the entrance. Meanwhile, I also wonder the rule that no children from 8:00 to 10:00 pm in the swimming pool because the parent have to take care of them. Maybe it is for those adults who travel without kides?”

”We had an amazing stay at Inn The Ground. The architecture is truly unique, with a bold, modern design that stood out at every corner. The atmosphere was both stylish and comfortable, and the service was friendly and top-notch. We can’t wait to return!”

”Really relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. Wish they had parking for guests who booked a stay. The available appointments for massages were zero.”

”Was disappointed it was loud kids running around everywhere especially they are using the elevator to play goes up and down. The restaurant does not have much selections..typical American burger. We stayed here or relax instead it was noisy. The valet parking is full so we have to walked far to park our car to go to the hotel and it was raining! Didn’t enjoy this property that’s why we never go back now we have our new fave not far from this place “Hitel Indigo” waterfront Vancouver Wa..this...
