Receptionissa kaikki sujui kätevästi ja henkilökunta esitteli mm. aamiaistilat sekä hotellihuoneen ja opasti kaikki käytännöt. Siisti huone ja mukava näköala järvelle. Harmiksi kattoravintola oli jo suljettu sesonkiajan loputtua. Aamiaisella niinikään hyvää palvelua ja riittävä kattaus minulle. Hintataso 5 tähden hotellin mukainen.”

”The hotel definately has it's charm but with some facelifting the experience could be a lot better. The room I was offered was probaly renovated not after the 90's or even late 80's. The electrical wirings are also old - couldn't fit my standard grounded computer recharger in the power plugs of the room. ”Room was old, with partial lake view (not worth to pay). Room had so small tv, that it was difficult to see the texts from the bed. Bed was very hard, and pillows uncomfortable. Tv´s movie selection very old and in-room dining list bad, so do not plan to stay in and have a romantic evening by just watching movies in your room. The worst was the service at breakfast room, the indian lady was extremely rude, and we waited 15mins in our tables to get coffee and when we get it we waited another...
