”Great little house!! It was perfect for what we needed. There was a warm welcome letter from the family which was lovely (ost pleaces we stay have nothing). I would not hesitate to rent again if we come out this way!”

”Stay was perfect for parents of bride and groom after wedding at venue up the road. Only complaint was the upstairs bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely that wasn’t good! Otherwise it was nice”

”Good size house. Communication was good. We were there for Syracuse graduation, it was only a 25 minute ride and the scenery was nice. , Many directions when you get there ( a folder) Shoes off in the house, empty trash, run dishwasher and start laundry upon leaving. There were 2 bedrooms with queen beds fair size, the twin bed room was a sunroom ( all season room) so all windows. Shades missing and most didn't close - pretty room but not for sleeping. Door knob was not on so kept falling off...

”Basically as advertised, but the property needs maintenance. Stairs to the front door are broken and dangerous. The grill is a joke and totally unusable. We spent the first hours killing ants and roaches. Layout and location are good, but needs attention and cleaning.”

”Stayed here for Syracuse U. parents' weekend. Location was perfect, about 12 minutes from campus. House was lovely. Well-appointed with everything you would need, communication from owner was A+. Highly-recommend. ”

”The owners of the property were very attentive and welcoming. Everything was explained very clearly and plainly labeled in and out of the house so it was easy to find and put back. Our two dogs joined us as well. The fenced back yard was ideal and made them feel right at home without being cooped up. There was not one thing they didn't think of down to having toys and treats for my dogs. Highly recommend. We would stay again.”
