We stay over night once a month and changed recently from the Cresthill Suites because they seem to be letting their care of the place falter. I miss their breakfast service.”

”I liked out stay at HomeTown Inn by Red Roof East Syracuse. I was there with my Ukranian friend who was surprised there were also hotels in America with same quality as in hes country. I really liked the reception because there was Egyptian workers who gave the hotel international feeling since it is near the airport. There was also many locals staying at the hotel and especially there were very friendly american hiphop style singers hanging out at the front of the elevators. First they...

”Parking lot was in need of plowing, there was water dripping from ceiling in and around the lobby, the mattress had horrible stains that appeared to be dried blood, bathtub was not clean. I checked out within one hour, refund request was denied. I would not recommend this motel ”

”The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it. ”

”At nowhere in the reservation process were we notified that 21 is the minimum age to check in. I have asked for a callback from a supervisor and still have not received one. We are greatly disappointed and wondered what would’ve happened if this had been a -20° day.”
