”The owner was very nice & welcoming. However, there was limited warm water as the property was having issues due to the unseemly weather in TN of 20 degrees. Neither the water or temp was warm enough for me to shower. It was also difficult to get the temp in the room warm enough. Also, the usual flip lock on hotel doors was completely missing & you could see the screw holes in the door. It was unsettling, even though the door did have a door handle lock. ”

”The room was dirty killed four big spiders. One minute after we walked in no electric the manager or whoever is working the front desk could not speak any English. He had to call somebody to translate. The rooms were filthy. Absolutely filthy stains on the sheets and the towels look like somebody scrubbed the floor with them. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. ”

”Everything was good. Beds were clean and looked new. Just wish the fridge wasn’t in the bathroom area and on some small stand. I hit my toes a few times because the fridge sat on floor and judging where it opens you better patient (lol). It’s a preference thing. It would have been better between tv and desk. ”The staff were great. They were very kind and very friendly. It's the condition of the room itself that's the problem. There are stains on the furniture. The door to the room doesn't actually close properly. And you can clearly see daylight through the gap between the door frame and the door itself. The bathroom door was covered in some sort of grime. For the price this place charges, it really is not worth staying. I took pictures of the room, so I could document its condition.”

"Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45. Same problem with the food. There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
