One charming feature was the closet was located under the TV and you had to bend down to use it
Three drawbacks:
Pillows were terrible very big and hard. After the 4th night I got a crook in the neck
Also, the toilet was too low and the shower drain was not lower so the used water did not drain off quickly.”

”This was the worse Embassy Suites we have stayed at. The elevator was so slow (there were 2 but only 1 was working) we took the stairs every time (4th floor). The bedroom was one of the smallest we have stayed in at a hotel. Had I known how small it would be, we would've went up to a 2 bedroom if available. None of the phones worked in our room, the towels had yellow spots on them, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, the cups in the room were dirty, and the breakfast supplies were...
