”Staff was so helpful, friendly,and nothing is too much for them to help you in any way. From houskeeping all the way up to the top nothing was too much for them. I would recommend this hotel and resturant to absolutely anyone.”

”Mukava vanhan ajan majatalo, joka sopi sijainniltaan hyvin yöpymispaikaksi matkalla kanaalisaarille (n. 10 min kävelyn päässä Poolen satamasta). Huoneessa ei muuta moittimista kuin vanhanaikaiset ikkunat, joiden äänieristys oli olematon ja jo loppukesän yönä huone oli melko viileä. Korvatulpat takasivat silti rauhalliset unet. Aamupala hyvä brittiaamiainen ja henkilökunta niin respassa kuin aamupalalla oli kohteliasta.”

”Erinomaine hinta/laaatu suhde. Hotelli sijaitse mäen päälle josta hyvä näkyvyyttä Bishops Cleeve kylään. Kuitekin ainka voimakas tuulta. Huoneet ja aamupalat hinnan mukaan perustasolla mutta riittävät. Kokopäivä oltin autolla reisulla ja vaan yöksi hotelliin. Suositelen. ”

”Check in was friendly and welcoming. Ate a snack in bar,service was quick and food was excellent. Bathroom had bio friendly soaps,which considering the seaside location, I thought was a good idea.overall a good experience.”

”This was a great location for us. It is only a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Bristol. We booked the family room. It offered plenty of space for my daughter and me. Around the corner is a GREAT sandwich shop called Sandwich Sandwiches. They close around 3pm so don't miss out on one of their freshly made masterpieces! 10 minutes away are lots of restaurant options for quick grab-and-go options. The hotel staff were awesome! ”We booked this location based on other reviews and were not disappointed. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Food was very good, our room was clean and spacious with lovely decor. As in other reviews be prepared for the walk up the hill from the city centre. It’s a long one but worth it when you get to the top! ”
