”The staff ar this hotel are super friendly & welcoming. There is plenty of parking. Its within walking distance to the town centre. The facilities are ok, obviously its in need of some updating but sheets clean & beds comfortable. It relation to what i paid & to the time I stayed, it was value for money. Certainly less than other hotels close by. ”

”The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way”

”Staff are superb, very helpful and friendly particularly J@ck on the front desk. Location is perfect for central Cheltenham with excellent parking. Rooms are really smart, very comfortable beds with excellent linens. The only small minus is shower water pressure is low, but the bathrooms themselves are very smart and well presented. My go to place in Cheltenham and can sometimes be had at really excellent room rates that make it an obvious first choice.”
