”Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts.”

”The room was simple, but functional. Unfortunately, the window was not secure, and as a result, there was an unusually high amount of outside road noise and street noise that was audible in the room, which prevented me from getting a decent night sleep.”

”While I was searching for places to stay in Chicago, this location kept coming up. I never stayed at a hostel before, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to dialogue with people there something that really doesn't happen if you're staying in a hotel it really is a community atmosphere. My husband was stating that he wished there was an air fryer. A microwave was provided, but an air fryer in our opinion does so much better if one could be placed in the common area, for the most...

”James at the front desk was absolutely incredible. It was a quick stay due to storms in the area, but James' professionalism and care added some positivity to an otherwise stressful travel experience.”

”The code that was provided was incorrect. I was so anxious waiting outside the building until I was lucky that other guests were out and helped me get in. I tried reaching the “24/7” line but no response until a while and they had to reset everything before I was able to get in. First and last time I will be staying here. The bed is so small for even one person and the bathroom lights felt like a ghost was there. Do not book here, your anxiety will be through the roof !”

”Mukava paikka, kokonaisuudessaan ihan ok, vaikka äänieristys olematon. Onneksi hotellissa oli pääosin hiljaista porukkaa. Hinta-laatusuhde ei ehkä paras mahdollinen, aamiainen ei sisälly vaikka aamulahvit voikin itse keitellä. Alue on tosi hyvä! Palvelu tosi hyvää myös, vaikka lentojen myöhästelyn takia tuli yllättävä late check in niin asia järjestyi helposti!”
