”We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at the green room. It was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. Sasha was an excellent host and very helpful and communicative. The room overlooks the pool and the building is very historic and cool. We look forward to renting again! Highly recommend!”

”Great location. Parking is tricky and building is very tired. Apartment is great, newly renovated and lovely but lobby and hallways leave a lot to be desired. ”

”I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . ”

”Good communication with the host very accommodating, location close to Atlantic Ave, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Older complex unit had some updates bathroom needs some work.”

”In all my years of renting properties for work, I was blown away by the communication and thoughtfulness at this property. Clean room and towels, refrigerator and TV, a desk, all kinds of accessories for recreation at the beach or otherwise. I plan on staying here again!”

”Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. ”
