”Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better. This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. The neighborhood is great, walked to the park several times while in town. I did not use any of the kitchen amenities, so I can't speak to that. There was a...

”My husband & I had a fun & relaxing 1 month stay at the luxury condo & the surrounding area. The building was quiet, clean & well maintained. The condo itself was clean & well stocked with all the essentials we needed. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Our host was welcoming, responsive & courteous. Theres an outdoor rooftop pool thats a very relaxing area just to sit & enjoy the sunshine while taking in the view. There was some construction going on with some early morning noise, but not too...

”At first, seemed an ideal property. It wasn't. Arrived to the property about 9pm after a long day. Tried the door code. It didn't work. Attempted multiple times, before contacting the unit hosts. They never shared a phone number, so waiting for message to go through, on the worst internet connection we have seen since 2010. Finally get a message stating since this is a costal area the door sticks, so to rock the door while the code is making noise... husband tried 4 times before the broken lock...

”Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. ”

”Cute pet friendly condominium with one bedroom perfect for our stay to evacuate from Hurricane Milton on the West Coast. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the beautiful pool and sauna on the fifth story! Maybe next time! ”

”This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. ”

”Unfortunately, this property was totally unacceptable and we had to move out after one day. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. There were several things broken (like a door). Prior ratings were "5" and we...

”Nice and clean rental. A little disappointed that we did not get the room that is shown on the website but it worked for what we needed.”

”I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . ”

”Very nice room.”
