”The hotel was nice but there were plenty of problems with the room - the water in the shower was either extremely hot or cold, there was horrible smell in the bathroom and the floors were floating even you tried to take a shower. The worst part was that the personnel was not willing to correct the problems or change the room. Also, I sent an email to them after my stay and did not receive a reply.
