”The positive things: amazing views, acomodating staff with special requests, fully equiped The negative ones: digital check in good idea, poorly executed, took us 20 minutes to get in to the room, cheap furniture, bugs in the room at night, walls need painting, very small room.”

”Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.”

”If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. ”

”To the owner, it would help if the top sheet is larger than the bed, difficult for two people to cover themselves”

”Well maintained and stocked apartment with wonderful ocean views. However, communication with the owner/manager left a lot to be desired. When I entered the apartment, I noticed that the bedroom was missing its television. I reached out, and received a fairly speedy, friendly response from my host that s/he would hasten to install a tv in the bedroom - sadly, the host went eternally silent and there was no subsequent follow-up. This was a little disappointing. Otherwise, a great place to unwind...

”The apartment was perfect for my short business stay. It was impeccably clean and the managers responded immediately to every question I had. Having a gym and pool in the building were wonderful amenities I thoroughly enjoyed.”

”The location was great with walkable areas very close by. In fact we walked to Casco Viejo multiple times. Lots of restaurants not too far away. The biggest disadvantage was that it was in a high rise and taking the elevators was sometimes a longer process. One just has to plan accordingly. We would gladly stay here again. ”

”Aside from the key combo being incorrect, wich was corrected in about 15 minutes, everything was fine. Great location, big two bedroom apartment, new a/c units, hot water, Netflix on a huge TV. Comfortable beds. On the edge of the Casco Viejo.”
