”Only complaint is parking. I was in town for an event, so the hotel was packed. I had to park in the “back lot” which wasn’t close to the main entrance. Property & room were well worth it.”

”This is a great, functional, place to stay if you are visiting Bates College. While it does overlook a Subaru dealership and an Olive Garden it is only 5 minutes from Bates and amidst every large discount store in the area, which was quite convenient for us. The staff is excellent. The only negative would be that they could use some more fresh fruit at the buffet other than the standard apples and bananas, and coffee is not strong. The suites are nice and I would stay there again for sure.”

”We absolutely loved almost everything about our stay! We loved the historic, boutique feel of the hotel, the beautiful registration area, the fitness center, the tavern, the room, the hallways even with the old pictures, the beautiful setting, the cute little town, and nearby playground and skatepark. My only negative feedback is that the pool was absolutely freezing. We actually specifically chose this hotel as a last minute get-away because it said it had an outdoor heated pool but I couldn't...
