Studio in Marche with Pool near Adriatic

A perfect place for a holiday between sea, hills, nature, in the midst of the rolling hills of the Marche among orchards and olive groves. The Studio is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance and has a single bed and the possibility of adding another single bed. The air conditioning will keep you cool even on the hottest days. The farmhouse offers guests a large swimming pool with sun loungers. There is also an open-air gym and a play area for children. The long sandy beaches of the Adriatic can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes, while in the surrounding area there are dozens of small historic villages to visit and discover. A utilities & service fee of EUR 20,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.
