”Great location, friendly staff, and a very clean, modern-looking hotel. A Starbucks and a corner store are conveniently located in the same building. Free underground parking is also a great bonus.”

”Didn’t visit the gym, nice hotel and annex to the Cafe du theatre which the food is amazing ! I was in room 609 , corner window with blinds that don’t do a good job if you want to sleep in , otherwise great hotel and very welcoming ❤️”

”The included breakfast was not great….options were minimal and food was a bit cold. Rooms could use updating a bit and I would’ve preferred an area rug in the room as it was only vinyl flooring. Also, not sure about other rooms, but ours did not have a hallway light at the door….yiu have to go further into the room and it was on the walk. I prefer a ceiling light right when you walk in the room.”

”Showing up and being told that the parking is NOT included in the price was a bit of a low blow I found. Nowhere on the description does it say that the parking is EXTRA and yet they hit you with that as soon as you walk in to check in. Everything else was good. The rooms were nice and clean, the pool and breakfast were great. ”

”The pool was freezing and had black pieces floating in it. Needless to say, we didn't swim. The restaurant was overpriced for basic appetizers and drinks.”

”We flew in after midnight and it was a last minute booking on a snowy, icy evening that prevented us from driving back to Ottawa. We didn't stay at the hotel long, but the bed and linens were so comfortable. Thank you”

”All Double Queen Beds apparently are facing the highway and it is terrible at night you can barely sleep, my kids couldn’t fall asleep. They have a white noise machine but that too is annoying. Make sure to bring extra towels since they will only give you towels per person in the room. Used towels need to be given upon use if you request clean towels.The front desk even called while still in shower to give towel that was being used on the floor bathroom to not slip while I get out of the...
