”HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They make no sense when talking to you and no matter what the topic is they will always have something rude to say back to you. And no this wasnt only one receptionist. The same attitude and horrible service followed as shifts changed. The owner should be ashamed as there are multiple public reviews about this dating back MONTHS and clearly they dont care enough to change it. Why even open a hotel if you...

”When I first pulled in, I actually wondered if the place was still open. The foliage in front of the walkway in front of the rooms was high and unkempt. Personally, not a good first impression. Because I did everything online prior to check in, including payment, when I met the fellow at the front desk, all he gave me was the key code to the room so, check in was quick and easy. The room smelled clean when I went in, which was nice. Definitely cozy enough. Downsides: No bed side plugs for...

”Clean. Beds were comfy enough. Showers were hot with great water pressure. Little dated but cute. The old-school motel key was pretty cool. A now rare daily turndown service, thankfully as my daughter used the towels to clean up the bathroom after flooding it with the aforementioned great water pressure escaping the shower... 100% her. Great location with lots of options for food and bevs. Super close to Montreal without being IN the city.”

”Breakfast and location was okay. But we felt little unsafe around hotel entrance.”

”Clean property in good location.”

”Excellent location. Extremely clean with lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Wonderful spot to wander the old port and an easy 15min walk from train station”

”The location was great, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower also had good water pressure. However, we had issues with the TV during our stay. We reached out for assistance and answered a few troubleshooting questions, but the team completely stopped communicating and never resolved the issue. As a result, we didn't have a working TV at night. disappointed in the lack of follow-through and amenities we didn’t get to use.”

”Erittäin siisti ja loistavalla sijainnilla oleva huoneisto. Varustelun taso huoneessa erinomainen, jopa astianpesuaineet ja pyykinpesuaineet huoneessa. Suosittelen vilpittömästi!”

”This place is everything you can hope! Big beautiful and clean rooms with all comforts. This was so wonderful experience, Thank You!”

”Great stay”

”The smoked salmon, yogurt, and croissants at breakfast were delicious. The location was very convenient, right near Notre-Dame Cathedral.”

”Erinomainen sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa ja lyhyt matka metrolle, josta helppo kulku kaikkialle. Isot mukavat huoneet, ystävällinen palvelu. Ajan patina näkyi huoneissa. Remontti meneillään mm. Ravintola oli remontin vuoksi suljettu. Remontti ei häirinnyt majoittumista, jos ruokailut muualla.”
