”They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. ”

”Terrible service and conditions. Several flights of stairs, no staff to help. When a staff member did show up on my third day I asked for a blanket because it was cold and he told me they don’t have them. No cups, dirty sheets, a bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water from the pipes. The property is not maintained well no phones for emergencies and five flights of stairs and I wasn’t even on the top floor.. Not ADA compliant. Hairdryer didn’t work. Breakfast is a granola bar or packet...

”It was aweful the mattresses were terrible it felt like sleeping on rocks, there were rats the size of my foot, the toilet didn’t flush, late service. In all I would not rent better to just get a hotel.”

”We loved the courtyard in Brookline, it's centrally located and a beautiful property and the rooms were very nice. A lot of very nice shops and food spots in the area. This was my first time in Boston and I would definitely come back to the courtyard by marriot in Brookline”

”We booked this hotel because it was close to Boston College and we were attending an event there - it is more of a motel than a hotel and with long term residents - it is aged but "clean enough" not what we expected from the photos and the price - but should have checked the reviews more closely. we werent expecting the "ritz" but we werent expecting this either. Check- in person just handed us a key - we didnt know about parking which is additional - or breakfast we found out the next day...

”I really appreciate that the hotel has everything you need and you don’t even need to go outside. The restaurant had great food and I appreciate that the Children’s hospital is basically right next door so we did not need to rent a vehicle. Our room was clean and the staff was kind and helpful.”

”The building is over 100 year old and the stairways are falling a part not even level and the most terrible part is there is no sound proof and next to I 90 interstate hiwsy and all night so noisy that it us impossible to sleep without sleeping pills I will never go back ”

”Check in wasn’t perfect for us, perhaps it was because we did a same day booking, but since there are no staff, you are remotely sent an access code to the front and your room door. But with the help of the team, we got in. The location of this place is amazing. The room is small, but perfectly stocked with everything you need for a short or even a long stay. We loved this hotel and we’ll be back!”

”Need to share that it is NOT ADA friendly. All stairs and very non compliant for anyone who struggles walking or can’t walk.”
