”Es un hotel fantasma y absndonado, nadie salió abrirme , el lugar no es el de las fotos es un fraude , no me dieron la habitación ”

”Breakfast was typical. Server plated your food. Not sure if you could return for more rice & beans. There is no coffee maker, or water with glasses. Room was clean with air conditioning, pool area was large with plenty of seats. Over all, would not return. ”

”Cute idea, just poorly executed! The domo has no actual floor its just some boards with bamboo between some of the larger gaps, so the dome is filled with spiders, crickets, ants and other bugs. Booking this type of accomodation we expected some bugs but this was hundreds of bugs, and being stung and biten all night, so we got very little actual sleep. Also when we got there the dome looked cute but hadn't actually been cleaned properly, stains on the pillow cases and sheets. Very...

”Beautiful and sparkling clean rooms set in a really wonderful piece of land. The photos don't do it justice! My one complaint would be that we had heard so much about the wonderful breakfasts and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the more extensive menu is exclusively offered to people stopping in for breakfast only. We would have happily paid to upgrade from our free breakfast! ”

”If you are visiting for your first time to Costa Rica this is not the place. When we checked in at midnight we walked to our room, that was farthest from front desk, and the keys did not work. Had to walk back to get keys that worked then the door latch on the inside caught so we had to Jimmy it open. The rooms were not well maintained and the doors did not seal so bugs would crawl in the room and we would have to kill at least 5 bugs a day. The shower only had hot water so could not adjust the...

”This property was amazing. It was serene and peaceful. The owners are truly welcoming they treat you like your family. It is run fby Family , and it truly shows and how they take care of their guest. There are knowledgeable and accommodating when offering suggestions and activities in the area. Our family of four stayed in one room. It had proper accommodations for all of us. Breakfast was made every morning and it was delicious. Highly recommend going to the area to stay this hotel ”

”Our room was clean and the staff was awesome. We saw wildlife and the most beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was a very good vegetarian breakfast. Sophia was amazing and the gentleman who served breakfast was delightful.”

”We visited Monteverde in the end of our vacation and it was definitely the right decision. Service was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and large, but cold, especially at nights. I think this was the best hotel for our purpose to visit the Monteverde forest area and there were also easy bus connections to Santa Elena. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious!”

La chambre était grande et propre mais dépourvu de décorations, serviettes seulement 2 pour la douche, pas de tapis de bain, pas de serviette à main, pas de bte de crème ou bonnet de bain ou autre qui est pratique. Pas de couverture ou oreiller d’extra, pas de safe, pas de cafetière ni de verres pour boire. Nada! Le staff est gentil, le wifi fonctionne bien et le parking est sécuritaire. La piscine est bien et propre ”

”Excellent hotel with excellent service. Hot springs area was amazing and much bigger than expected. We visited here in low season (May) and there were zero crowds in the hotel nor hot springs. If you go to this hotel, make sure you enjoy the hot springs at night time as well. ”
