This oasis of tranquility and greenery is located 1 minute walk from the sea and the first bars and restaurant of Las Terrenas. Here you will not need a car. A large tropical garden, a large swimming pool, a magnificent lagoon, everything is there to make you spend a great holiday.<br>For kitesurfing enthusiasts, the spot of Punta Popy and the kite schools (which will take you to El Portillo) are accessible 5 minutes on foot. <br>Regarding the accommodation you will find all the necessary comforts for a good stay: Wifi, air conditioning in the room, fans in all rooms, hot water, equipped kitchen (gas hob, microwave oven, fridge, freezer), smart TV at no extra charge.<br>The residence is one of the only ones in Las Terrenas that is equipped with a generator and solar panels, which prevents you from electricity and water cuts (a regular thing in Las Terrenas).<br>The residence is under the supervision of a security guard night and day, which ensures you have a peaceful stay.
