Rules of the hotel,

~ In order to access the hotel, it is mandatory to wear a bracelet with the identification of the unit in which you are staying on your wrist or a visible place.

~ We make your knowledge that it is forbidden to consume own drinks in the pool area, all drinks to consume should be exclusive to the trench bar.

~ It is forbidden to use horns both in the external and internal area, if found with such an instrument will be seized and will be returned to its owner upon departure from the hotel.

~ It is totally forbidden to bring and consume hookah on the property, anyone who is caught using this will be expelled from the hotel, since law no.16-19 prohibits its use in both public and private spaces.

~ For courtesy we do not require credit or debit card for the guarantee of the damages, therefore they are responsible for the apartment remains in perfect condition.

~ It is forbidden to take the white towels out of the apt.

~ Pool towels are for exclusive use within the hotel.

~ It is forbidden to bring street companions who offer sexual services.

~ In case of bringing pets, it is forbidden to leave them alone in the apt.

~ Visitors can only enter the lobby, not the apartments.

Any violation of any of the above points will result in payment of a fine of 300USD. This amount will be your responsibility. We count on your cooperation and understanding.

For your information:

Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Gardener and pool maintenance included.

For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.

Additional conditions,

- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.

- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.

It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

This combination offers a genuine experience, ideal for those who wish to be at the heart of the coastal atmosphere.
