A cozy formal dining & Livingroom for a special occasion.

This property is great for corporate housing 30days or more. If your dates very from the recommended length of stay please select the contact host button to send an inquiry to me. This home is near the freeway. Walking distance to shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores and the community casino is about 5 minutes away and 20 mins (17.1 mi) from the house going to the stadium. From the entrance of the house you can see a 3 way fire place which also leads you to the backyard. The 3 way fire place can also be seen from the kitchen and the family room.
There is a water fall which connects to the pool, the water fall is man-made which you can sit under the water and can swim in the pool. Also there is a spa.
With a tropical backyard. There is a 3 car driveway parking plus there is RV parking availability.
Also please be mindful that the garage is unavailable at this time.
There are surveillance devices on the outside of the property, Doorbell camera, backyard at the pool camera , driveway camera , side of the house ( RV parking ) camera .

Home was very nice. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and very cool considering the 110 degree heat. Master bed was extremely comfortable. So much so that I bought a similar one for my bedroom on the way home.

Very Nice Get Away

The house was great to stay in. Had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again. We had the pleasure of meeting Judith, the house manager -she was extremely nice and helpful! Our group really liked the waterfall in pool feature.

Excellent getaway!

This property is beautiful! Clean and neat as a pin, exactly as it appeared on listing. The host is very fast to respond if you have any concerns. If you forget anything you are less than a half mile from a shopping district with all types of restaurants and fast food places with a large supermarket as well. We came to see Avaiators baseball and were only 18 minutes from the stadium. Neighborhood is VERY quiet and mornings we would sit out back and drink coffee and read before the day started. 100% would recommend as a getaway stay!

It was a very nice house! We were not able to use all of the amenities but it was a great spot for what we needed. The master bedroom is really nice. We also enjoyed the cool temps inside the house.

some quirks

When we arrived an hour early (which was approved) the cleaning person was still there, she informed us that the pool person had not been by so that was dirty and COLD. We also got to install the air filter in the master bedroom for her because the handyman didn't make it over. It was a strange way to start our trip. There are no futons in the final bedroom, that now has workout equipment in it. Bring your own soap, apparently they don't provide hand soap for the bathrooms or kitchen. The carpet and furniture is white - so caution to those with kids. You can't control the heating or cooling of the home, so that's odd too. I would also suggest you bring your own pillows. Overall it was fine, but definitely some quirks.
