Host was very friendly and empathetic when we messaged about potentially needing to change our dates due to a family emergency. I really appreciate that. But the house was not ready for us. We did check in early (totally our fault) but even after the check in time, the cleaner scrambled to get the cleaning done. Mirrors in the bathroom were visibly dirty with spots. Would’ve been fine to clean ourselves but no cleaner was left available to us. The house was stated as pet friendly but we let our dog out front and out back and she got quite a few goat heads in her paws that we had to remove. So when we realized that, we had to stand outside with her and made sure she just stayed on the artificial turf. Just something to be aware of, as I’m sure some guests aren’t familiar with goat heads. The overall stay was totally fine and overall the house was good for what we needed. But for the price, I just had higher expectations.

This was a great property and served our needs while we were visiting family over the holidays. We appreciated the spacious indoors and the grounds and were happy we were able to bring our dog with us on vacation. There were more beds than expected and everything was clean and in good repair. Two notes for possible improvement - 1) There was minimal bakeware and cookware. In retrospect I should have brought my own but we were able to make due with what was provided. 2) The side gate off the slider did not have a lock and was very easy to open and close. We were worried about our pet's security or the fact that he might be able to push it open, so we just did not leave him outside when we were not at the property. Additionally, the low fence line around the RV parking had us worried he might try to jump over, so we made sure to keep an eye on him even when in the backyard. Overall our stay was fantastic, everything was clean and in good repair. We had a great stay and the property allowed us to visit with family and friends without the worry of a place to accommodate us or our pet.

This house is perfect! My family and I were comfortable and loved all the amenities. It is in a great location, the home was clean and well-stocked. The hosts were so kind and made sure we could get in touch with them if we needed any help. Will definitely try to rent this property the next time we visit!

This house is located in a very convenient location to local stores and a short drive to the LV Strip. The house has a large open floor plan with lots of amenities available for a several day stay or a short stay.Large yard for any pets. Very clean! Beds are comfortable! Shower was great- which is important!We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay at this location again if it is available!We did have a small issue with one of the doors for entry but was quickly resolved by the Host who responded to me immediately when we contacted her about the issue.Great stay! Would recommend this location to anyone! Will not disappoint!

Goat heads in front property, not good for pets. Master bedroom bed too small and a squeeky frame. Made noises whenever you moved which meant we didn't sleep well. If those issues got fixed, we may consider staying there again.

The house did what we needed it to do for our stay. We wanted a home nearish to Lake Mead that allowed a dog and if it had boat parking (which this did) that was a plus.We had a hiccup with the house the first night, but the host made it right.The house is laid out well for a rental, it has a nice open floor plan between the kitchen, family and dining room areas, a dog door, back yard for our dog to go out to ane even pet waste bags.There are 3 bedrooms, with the master having an additional room off the back with 2 single beds and laundry.They had snacks, bottled water and coffee in the rental, which was nice.The couches were comfy, lots of smart TVs in all areas and they all allowed screen sharing from our phones.For the WiFi, you will need to manually enter in the password, because if you try to cut and paste it from your phone app, then it won't work.We only had 4 people total, spread across the 3 main bedrooms. If we had any additional people that needed to stay in the room off the master, then they would have been miserable. The ceiling is low, there is no type of air circulation, no AC and no fans in that room. If running the washer/dryer then it would have gotten even warmer too. When it is well into the triple digits, that just wouldn't work.

Convenient

Convenient house for our visit to Henderson to see family. We were just a small group of 4 guests, but there was plenty of space for more and we liked the layout. The bonus bedroom off the master is great if you have kids.
