Well I didn’t know where to begin. Everything from the smell of the hotel, to the the toilet getting clogged with barely any toilet paper, to the air conditioning not working properly. This place is a dump. Ran by greedy dumps. I went down asking for a plunger and was waiting in a long check in line on New Year’s Eve and only 1 person Down there working. That’s horrible planning from a business standpoint. How do you only staff one person in the front desk on the busiest night of the year just doesn’t make sense. So after countless tries we gave up and continued our New Year’s Eve plans cuz I’m not waiting 1 hr and a half for a plunger. We come back at like 2 am and still no one at the front desk to help us with a plunger. We’re drunk at this point and just want to use the bathroom and go to bed but unfortunately we couldn’t cuz the toilet clogged with the first flush prior to leaving for the New Year’s Eve festivities. So short story we had to check out and go around 9am ish. We left the toilet clogged but we got charged $100 dollars to unclog a toilet. That’s absurd and horrible business practice. I called the hotel an the Indian guy helping me was rude af, yelled at me, and claimed that I broke the toilet when it just clogged. I’ve never been so angry and felt humiliated since we down multiple times trying to get a plunger but no one was available. I asked him why didn’t you take the $100 out of the security deposit and he said that’s just how it works. poor management.
