Welcome to our beautiful Lake Las Vegas condo! Lake views from every window provide one of the best locations Luna has to offer! Unwind on the expansive lakefront balcony with water views all around you. Enjoy your front-row seat to the beautiful Italian-themed Montelago Village, nestled in the hills right across the lake, providing a variety of restaurants, Seasons grocery store, access to watersports, boat rentals, and other events on the lake. Lake Las Vegas is a Master-planned community located just 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip featuring a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses, one private for South shore members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course on North shore are located near the lake.

This condo provides all the comforts of home and a great place to relax and reconnect with loved ones. Ideal for a quiet executive workspace or a peaceful getaway for couples, friends, or small families traveling together. Connect with high-speed internet, enjoy cooking together, play games, watch TV or just take in the spectacular balcony views over morning coffee or evening happy hour. If relaxing is your thing, you might also enjoy the on-site pool and jacuzzi. Lake Mead National Recreation area is just a few miles down the road with hiking, boating, and spectacular views on the Historic Railroad Hiking trails, taking you through several tunnels along Lake Mead and all the way to the Hoover Dam. Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory is only 35 miles away with 21 hiking trails, waterfalls, plant life, and desert critters along the trails. In the winter months, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston, just an hour away.

Local gaming is available at Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino with luxury movie theaters also available at Sunset Station. Shopping is also within 15 minutes of Lake Las Vegas at the District in nearby Green Valley and the Galleria Mall. And of course, the famous Las Vegas Strip, just 20 minutes away, offers many more casinos, shopping opportunities, and entertainment for your enjoyment.

The views were wonderful, and the proximity to the bars and restaurants helped make the stay totally enjoyable. The nearby golf courses were all in great shape at this time of year. A few minor drawbacks included a finicky door to the outdoor space and a TV that was constantly searching for a Dish Network signal. But overall, it was a fantastic time and a great way to enjoy a November weekend without being on the strip.

The Lake Las Vegas location worked perfectly for us as our preference was not to be downtown. The area is quiet and peaceful. Easy access to outdoor park areas (if that is of interest)-Lake Mead, Hoover, etc.The unit was very nice and clean. The outdoor covered balcony ended up being a great place for morning breakfast and afternoon relaxing after a day of activity--along with the outdoor pool.The host was extremely communicative prior to and during our stay.Would definitely consider returning to this unit again.

Wonderful condo for families who are visiting Vegas but don’t want to stay on The Strip. Plenty to do in the area. Pill was beautiful. Very clean. Walkable little shopping area with restaurants and coffee shops. The property manager was easily accessible and helped us trouble shoot an issue we had at check in - one phone call and it was immediately handled. Highly recommend.

Immaculate Condominium Located in a Beautiful Neighborhood.

We just returned from a fabulous Vegas vacation and stayed at the Lakeview Haven Condo at Lake Las Vegas.The place was perfect!Quiet neighborhood with shops and restaurants.Free concerts by the lake on Saturday night was a plus!It sure beat staying on the strip.The location is perfect for trips to the Grand Canyon, Valley of Fire, Hoover Dam, and the Colorado River where you can Kayak.We highly recommend staying here.Hope to return soon!

die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wie beschrieben.Keine 5* weil das Check-in über Textmessage unübersichtlich ist, eine E-Mail wäre besser, und wegen der Geruchsbelästigung, ich hoffe die Abwasserleitungen sind mittlerweile repariert, wir hatten über 24 Stunden einen Abwassergeruch in der Wohnung das war sehr, sehr schlimm.Der Mitarbeiter Raymond war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet.Die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön mit toller Aussicht.

Recon Mission

My wife and I are thinking about retiring in Henderson in about 3 years, so this trip was reconnaissance mission to see if we liked the area. The condo was immaculate and we loved sitting on the deck taking in the view. We are definitely coming back again!!!

A Little Disappointed

We found the condo sparsely furnished with supplies. A limited number of towels, no napkins, one roll of paper towels, water is extremely hard. Even though a Bria is provided, it is not a good solution. We ended up buying a lot of bottled water. Limited restaurants are close by, and they are expensive. Virtually no sun gets to the balcony. Good TV selection. Limited silverware so we had to run the dishwasher too often. The check-in involved a litany of poorly written text messages. One single e-mail would be less confusing. It was clean.

Great Location, Nice Condo

Rooms were really nice. The guest room w/o bathroom has much smaller bed than the master room. Mattress I heard was very uncomfortable and hard. Ours was hard but I like hard. Kitchen had almost everything, no wine opener. Patio has an amazing view of water and little village. The actual building itself was very warm and the Pool/Jacuzzi was out of order. Wish I knew that prior. There was only one bell cart outside elevator on 4th floor which we found after hauling our first load. It disappeared when we checked out so please have more avail if possible it was such a long haul and it was difficult for the seniors I had with me. The air conditioner/heater system doesn't work right so we shut it off. It was to hot during the night even tho we set it for 67 degrees, during day we set the system to 68 it was freezing. Overall, nice place to stay and our guests said guest bathroom had best shower ever, great water flow they felt like they were in a spa.
