Golf week

Enjoyed the fireplace, looked lovely. Kitchen was convenient & laundry room was very helpful. Good location & quiet neighborhood. Convenience of the stores were very nearby. Tony’s Mexican food was fantastic, ordered out several times. Everyone enjoyed it. Little chilly to use the pool or hottub, but if warmer it would have been great.Few areas need to be addressed. No seating for watching TV except sitting at kitchen table(uncomfortable) vs couch. Dishwasher tripping out & had to be reset twice. Shower knobs on the first floor were lose, need tightened.

Perfect stay!

This was the perfect stay for our work trip. Everyone had their own private space and the common areas were very spacious. Great neighborhood and it was close to lots of restaurants.

Great place with an even better host

This was a perfect home away from home for me and my friends. Rosanna was the best host we ever could have asked for, extremely responsive and accommodating!! She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, and that’s exactly what it was. Check in was seamless and the property itself is fantastic. In a great neighborhood and close to the strip and Fremont. Will not hesitate to book again!

Wedding in Red Rock Canyon

There were six adults in our group. We had a wedding in Red Rock. This house was amazing. The house was perfect. Very spacious inside and out. Pool and spa were very relaxing. Three things that really stood over other houses that we’ve rented. One, was the soft and large bath towels. Second, were the Keurig coffee pods that she provided. Third, the house was spotless. Everything was very close by. Rosanna was never too busy to answer all my questions. Her response was almost immediate. If we are ever in Vegas with a group, definitely would stay her again. Thank you Rosanna!

Vegas trip for Jr.'s Wedding

We needed a place to stay for the whole family, we were taking dad with us and a hotel wasn't going to work. We found the house and thought it was perfect. It was. There were enough rooms for all of us, the house was in a perfect place. We were 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic) of where we needed to be for the wedding. The neighborhood was quiet. The grocery store was super close, walking distance (but it was too hot) as were other amenities. We used the pool daily. We loved the place and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We made memories with dad and the family we will not forget anytime soon. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Family gathering place!!

We had a wedding off the strip and used this location for a gathering of many out of town guests. It was perfect, spacious, clean and just what we needed! The communication was quick and flexible. We highly recommend this location in the Las Vegas options!

Very clean home!

Stayed at this property for 7 days. It was very clean and worked really well for our big family to stay as it has 5 beds. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The only thing I would change is to have access to the hot tub at our leisure rather then having to ask for it to be heated for the time we would like to use it. Aside from that I would highly recommend this property. Have stayed at other homes in Las Vegas before and they were not near as clean as this one. Also for the times that I did have to contact the host about the hot tub being turned on or anything else she was very quick to respond. Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful Spacious Vegas Home

Loved our stay here. The house and neighborhood are quiet, clean and spacious. We enjoyed stepping back into the house each night after a long day of touring the Vegas area. Rosanna was always available and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the Weight room, the Hot Tub and even the swimming pool. The pool is not heated during the winter months but the kids loved jumping in as cold as it was and then warming back up in the Hot Tub. You can ask for the Hot Tub to be heated for four hours for a fee as listed on her site. The four hours was plenty of time and we thought that was very fair and had a blast with the cold and hot. The kids did the same thing at our friends house when we visited them for their house warming party. All said, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed Rosanna's home very much. The Beltran's
