4 bed, 3bath 2700sqft home. Stylish updates throughout. Get lost in the serine back yard w/ waterfall, koi pond and pool or rest in any of the rooms king or queen comfortable beds each with its own Smart Tv. Keep entertained: Air Hockey, Ping Pong, well equipped kitchen, 65" and 42" smart Tv's in living areas.

No pets on furniture or beds

All pets must be approved by host prior to stay and pay the $100 pet fee per stay. please pick up after your pet(s).

No eating on furniture or beds

Home must be left in a clean condition similar to arrival.

- No smoking inside, (outdoors is ok). Please discard any and all cigarette butts in the silver buckets located in the back yard and/or trash cans

Quiet time : 9pm to 8am daily

Cleaning Policy: The house must be left as found, meaning no damage or missing items to receive a full security deposit refund. The security deposit will be returned to you if the house is left with no damage, missing items and or additional cleaning charges. The original $250.00 cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Guests must agree to the following:
1. You will leave the house in the same condition as arrival, minus the normal cleaning that we do.
2. You will be completely responsible for any and all damage to the house or property caused by your negligence.
3. You will hold the owners harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property or pool area.
4. You agree to forfeit any portion of the security/damage deposit that is reasonably attributable to broken, damaged, or missing items.
