Quiet Hours which shall be between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m. on weekends, and 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays. Pool is NOT heated.
Parking only allowed in garage and driveway. No street parking. No more then 12 guests allowed on the property. Maximum overnight guest allowed is 8.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED! No loud music outside. Please respect our neighbors. If you do not abide by our noise rules you will be forced to leave.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood, the house with its cleanliness and amenities were perfect for recovery after days of participating in a large baseball tournament. Beds and bedding were comfortable and immaculate. Kitchen furnishings allowed us to eat meals at the house. Our athlete was able to maintain a healthy diet. The location was perfect for airport, shopping, restaurants, golf and access to major roads. The baseball fields were in four locations, all within 25-30 minutes. Lou, our host, was responsive and efficient with communication. His communication and signing in the house made it easy to quickly use everything.We were there during Halloween, an unexpected treat (pun intended). This neighborhood is a premier host for trick or treaters!

Still EXCELLENT!! Lou is an awesome host. He is very communicative and always available if you have questions. The house is great too. Lots to do and the pool is an absolute dream!! I have stayed twice and will stay here in the future. Best value for the money by far.

Family Spring Break!

We had an amazing 7 day trip to Vegas and this house was a huge part of it. We have two boys (10 & 7) and everyone had enough space and entertainment. We loved the putting green, hot tub, pool table, large TVs for gaming, and the beautiful pool. We lucked out and had some temps up in the 90’s so the pool was warm enough to enjoy part of the time!! Everything was clean, kitchen had a lot of the essentials (including coffee, sugar, creamers, some seasonings, soap, plenty of paper towels etc.). Neighborhood was super quiet durning our stay and was conveniently located near EVERYTHING!! Having the garage was great as well, we didn’t feel like we were bothering anyone with all of our in and outs. A/C and heat worked great and each room had a fan. Overall this house had everything we needed and we had a blast! Thank you Lou!

Perfect location

Wonderful stay! The house was perfect, a quiet neighborhood and just minutes from the strip, but the real highlight was the amazing backyard—great for enjoying the beautiful weather and truly relaxing. Lou was a fantastic host, very accommodating, and always quick to communicate if we needed anything. Highly recommend this place for a great getaway!

Midwest winter break in Vegas with Family

Wisconsin retired couple meets their Minnesota son, wife and 3 year old, as well as their California son & dog in this beautiful Henderson home for a week of relaxation & fun! What a great time we had enjoying the amenities at the home including a pool, although chilly, hot tub, putting green, outdoor patio with grill, tables & chairs! Our 3 year old grand-daughter loved all of it including the spacious interior and pool table. We appreciated the fenced in areas with a dog and child running around! We enjoyed numerous outings in the area for hiking, sightseeing & family friendly events. We prepared most meals at the house which was fairly well equipped for cooking & Lou was super responsive with any questions! We had great weather & all enjoyed our stay at Lou’s Henderson house. We would definitely like to stay here again if returning to Las Vegas! Thanks for sharing your home Lou!

A great stay with friends

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property. It was very nice for three couples. One bedroom had a set of twin beds, but worked fine when we push them together for a couple. A fun place to hang out, grill and enjoy the hot tub, pool, and pool table. A 15 minute drive to the Las Vegas trip is close enough while enjoying the quiet of the neighborhood. We certainly recommend this day for your Las Vegas trip.

Perfect in every way

Our family has stayed in countless rentalhomes over the years and this was easily one of the best across the board. Close enough to the strip, yet far enough away to relax in peace. The house has everything you need and more, and the hot tub and putting green, pool tables, and games made coming home each night exciting for the kids. It’s easy to see why Lou has so many 5 star reviews. This is what every vrbo should strive to be. BOOK THIS HOUSE, you won’t be disappointed!
