Overall taking almost a half hour to get to the ground floor or room is not ideal in any situation we would very much like to make this right, waiting that long is unacceptable. We have confirmed that we experienced issues with some elevators in the Masquerade and Ipanema tower during your stay and engineering has resolved these issues.
