Deceptive pictures, overpriced
Avoid this place. Pictures give the impression that the rooms have beautiful lake views. I booked a room for a really high price. When arriving, I found out that in order to get a room with a lake view, I had to pay 20% extra, and there were only a few of those rooms. Most rooms have a view of the ...

This hotel is in a very beautiful area. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains and the room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Disappointing for the money paid. Dinner service was poor. White wine served when asked for red. Bottle just dumped in bucket at table, not opened or poured. No checking if food was ok which also wants festive sin menu. Buffet salad was not a buffet but a small aid salad pre prepared.
