”Large room and very clean. Breakfast wasn’t available for our stay but staff told us about local eateries in walking distance that were amazing. Would have liked to have been informed about the gym and how to access it as it was separate to the accommodation. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

”We had a bit of a hassle at the check in since the reception had closed earlier than normal that day due to public holiday, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. The room was clean, and the breakfast tasty.”

”On check in the manager ?? had already charged my card. He charged me $30 over the expedia booking price. The manager did not seem to know how expedia worked. He tried to help by ringing expedia, which was useless, the expedia was so useless I asked the manager to hand me the phone so i could clearly explain the situation. The expedia person told me off and told me he could not speak to me, he then told the manager off for giving me the phone, I instructed the manager to hang up as this was not...
