”This was a great place to stay for a quick vacation. Close to DC and Georgetown, and super close to Great Falls for a hiking day. The premise was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. We appreciated the washer and dryer, as we had been traveling for work and needed to wash some clothes. ”

”It’s a great place, but beware of the dog it’s easier to ignore during the day but at night it got annoying.”

”This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp...

”The unit itself has a big living room. The rooms were great. It was helpful to have a fully functioning kitchen.”

”The host and his wife were very welcoming, knowledgeable about local history, and informative of the best ways to “get around”, things to do and restaurants to try! The space was ideal for one person (the lounging/love seat area is really the only space not made for 2 people). The hosts thought of so many small touches that made the stay even better (cold drinks, snacks, menus, metro card, maps, etc). I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.”

”Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...
