”I loved our stay. Me and my boyfriend stayed From Saturday- Monday. Very clean, the hallways smelt clean. It was a gated community therefore it felt really really safe! You couldn’t do anything without the access code. My only issue with our stay was the shower water was very very cold. It was around 40-50 degrees the entire weekend so a cold shower wasn’t very ideal. ”

"I stayed 5 nights. There was no warm water in the shower any morning. I got one night cash compensation for that as they were not able to fix the warm water. The room was cleaned once during my 5 night stay. Afterwards I found that hotel had charged an unmotivated charge of 261 USD om my CC without any authorization. Now, I have tried to get this sum returned during weeks trough mails to hotel and also trough hotels.com. Still, I have not received any explanation or receipt for why the hotel has charged my credit card without authorization. As the next step I will now file a criminal complaint against the hotel for payment fraud."
