”Great staff, clean everywhere”

”Just a very pleasant experience the two nights we stayed there. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the property has been well maintained.”

”Very nice hotel. The only problem I had was the noise level in my room. The guests in the next room watched TV and the sound penetrated into my room very clearly. I could easily hear that they were watching reruns of Friends. This was pretty annoying and I might have asked for a change of rooms, but they eventually turned off the TV and I had no further issues. My feeling was that there was insufficient insulation to deaden the sound between rooms.”

”The hotel is very dated. The furniture in the room was very dirty and the upholstery was ripped and torn. The room was very small and had an odor. The air did not seem to work well either.”

”The room was nice & clean on arrival, the AC was already on when we opened the door after a hot days travelling. The staff were all nice, Tammy, Stephanie & Robin on the front desk couldn't help us enough with anything we needed. Our room "maid" Omar was great as well. The pool was really nice & the view from the hotel was perfect being on the outskirts of town. Breakfast was really nice, with a good selection of fruit everyday & some nice "breakfast tea" for the Brits. We enjoyed our stay...

”you forgot to tell us the building was half torn down, no signs on the building, mattresses everywhere parts and supplies all around the place where you park. the manager was very nice and willing to help us. picture on the ad was not even close!!! and this is how expedia does business?”

”Let's start with the positives. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the HVAC system kept the room at the exact temperature I wanted throughout my stay. The gym and pool were both nice amenities, and the staff were friendly and genuinely seemed happy to see guests. As for the negatives, the pillows were not very comfortable, and the eggs at breakfast were disappointing. One thing I did appreciate was the location. There were several businesses...
