”We stayed at the cabin for all-star weekend in Cooperstown. It was only about a 20 minute drive to the baseball field and was very quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed cooking dinner over the fire of the fire pit and having coffee on the porch swing. The kids had plenty of space in their rooms and the master bedroom was very cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything f we needed to cook meals and the jacuzzi tub was definitely an added bonus! Very happy with our stay!”

”Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! ”

”The property was spacious for the family to stay. Easy to get around also. The inside contains so much history. It was nice seeing the craftsmanship that doesn’t exist any more and the Knick knacks from all over the world were very interesting to see. We had Adults which was great but there are quite a few breakables so I wouldn’t suggest for a family with small active kids. Great place thanks for sharing it with us.”

”Nice cabin to relax and escape to. There’s a few trails around and the towns around have everything you need. The owner of the property was super helpful and always responded immediately. Very easy to communicate with. It snowed while we were up there which was absolutely beautiful being surrounded by trees. ”We stayed at Brad’s property for a long weekend visit to Cooperstown/Baseball HOF and had a terrific time. My young family enjoyed the abundant outdoors, fishing, nightly fires and exploration. Gorgeous setting and the commute to Cooperstown was very easy. Super relaxing and peaceful Brad was a terrific host. Highly recommend!”

”The place was great. Four of my siblings, a nephew, and my father stayed for 2 nights to visit my terminally ill brother who lives in the area. The house is located near the center of town near restaurants. The spaciousness was helpful for private contemplation, yet the gathering rooms were great for getting together to share our experiences. The collection of items was a source of conversation in and of themselves.”

”What a great property and location. We rented the home as our daughter was graduating from SUNY Oneonta. The home was as described, great furniture and beds and had tons of amenities to make for a great home away from home. Convenient to get to Oneonta and Cooperstown. The area is peaceful and the lake was so nice and relaxing!”

”I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! ”We had an incredible time staying at this property. It was exactly as listed and completely clean. Very scenic, quiet, but with fully reliable internet, power, and hot water. The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. The only knock would be that the location doesn't have many food options available, but the kitchen space is huge and there's a grill outside so we had no trouble making delicious meals. The host was responsive, generous, and helpful. Highly recommend...

”We were in town for the weekend to see our son play at Doubleday Field and this spot was perfect. We did walk everywhere! The apartment was cute and clean plus had the little extras like books, games, and coffee available. We enjoyed morning walks to Schneider's Bakery and coffee at Stagecoach Coffee.”
