I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days. ”

”We had a delightful stay. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff were great. Room clean and spacious. Check in and check out were efficient. It’s a boutique hotel and we stayed in their adjoining unit, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Charlotte made eggs from scratch. The only downside is it didn’t start until 8:30. We are early risers but we adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel. ”

"The room descriptions on the hotel website didn't match Hotels.com. I booked an Economy Room which was listed as a Promo Room on the hotel website and I had the exact same room as my friend who booked Superior Garden View Room. Otherwise everything was great - the hotel is lovely and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was really nice. Breakfast buffet has a large selection of sweet and savoury items, hot and cold. Location is great across the street from the beach with about a half an hour walk into the old town. The pool area is also really nice but we spent most of our days at the beach where you get free loungers and can order food and drinks from the hotel restaurant. Staff are lovely and helpful too, altough we did have some miscommunication before arrival as they kept mixing up my booking with my friend's booking even though we booked separately."
