”Check in quick and easy, room lovely and clean,mini bar and snacks avaliable for small cost ,free tea coffees hot chocolate, breakfast avaliable, selection of ceareals,fruit cakes and yoghurt n juices and hot drinks,cooked breakfast if required, great location in centre of town,bars shops in walking distance, a few car park spaces avaliable. ”

”It is a nice convenient hotel. Clean. Tea and coffee facilities were nice to settle down nicely on arrival and when I woke up in the morning. Mini refrigerator was handy to keep my leftover food in the refrigerator to eat in the morning. Comfortable table and internet. I give 4 star only as there was no toilet in the room and I hesitated to leave my room in the middle of the night.”

”There was hair in the shower tray, the room, no45 was lower ground floor and like a dungeon. No phone reception. I only met 1 member of staff ( at reception) . The carpark entrance was so tight and my a35 is average size, I dread to think how someone would get a four wheel drive through!”

”Didn’t stay in the end. The owner wanted personal ID upfront via a picture When I questioned why he wanted my personal details and asked about GDPR rules he said if I want to cancel just cancel I tried to but it was too late so I lost my money ”

”Excellent hotel, excellent room, excellent staff. Couldn't have asked for more. Only (very minor) negative was no scrambled egg option on an otherwise top-notch breakfast, but that's just me. Would definitely stay again.”

”Nice place above a nice bar. Had some food and it was fine and a few drinks. Nice atmosphere and well situated in the town. Room was fine, settee was a bit big for the room but you can see what they are trying to do. Young woman who showed us round was nice and so too the young woman at breakfast.”

”Staff were rude when checking in, the rooms hadn’t been cleaned. There were ants all over the desk in one room, and rubbish on the floor. I don’t know if they are also long leasing out rooms, but some other ‘tenants’ were noisy until around 1am running up and down corridors and shouting. ”
