”fire alarm routinely gets pulled in middle of the night by homeless who can access it next door in the bank atm. happened to us at 1:30 am and had to get up and evacuate. stairwell was full of people at the second floor and below. if there was a fire we would’ve been stuck there. stay somewhere else until they fix this issue”

”This charming 1915-era hotel provides thoughtfully appointed rooms and exceptional service. Anything I asked for, from sewing supplies to laser copies, was quickly provided. Since I was traveling solo I opted for the Business room, which comes with free wifi, plenty of outlets, a refrigerator and coffeemaker, and the most comfortable bed ever! The hotel is connected to the restaurant Zino, with food to die for.”

My objection is that when my husband and I had been asleep for about 45 minutes, our phone started ringing and when I answered it, I was told that there were complaints that we had loud music coming from our room. ”I was provided incorrect information regarding incidental charge which when called the hotel was told $50 but upon checking in was told it is $200 due to my using a debit card $50 is credit card. The manager was very nice and apologetic offering to provide a nice room. The nice room was smelly, pillow was dirty found hair and makeup and appeared that housekeeping was not done. ”Rooms were coma, well decorated and cozy. Staff were very nice and hospitable. This was a luxury establishment without steep pricing. Food from the kitchen was great as well! Lots of fun breweries in the immediate area as well!”
