”Elevator was broken. Rooms are outdated. The food was not good.”

”Arrived for check-in and we (along with multiple others) were told our room was not ready and was not given an ETA of when it would be and when asked staff member was very rude and defensive saying they had been full to capacity the night before and couldn’t say what time to expect only the cleaning staff was doing their best. We waited almost 40 minutes in the lobby before a manager came to talk with people and all they offered to do was complete our check in once the room was ready and have...

”Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. They are working on repairing the pool and some technology issues like key cards not working on doors for the sides to get back in instead of going around to the front. ”

”The hotel is conveniently located right next to the AirPort. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off. The woman behind the front desk went out of way to leave the hotel to pick us up herself when we called at a moments notice. We got dropped off at 4 A.M. same thing, the front desk clerk loaded us up and brought us over - Very accommodating! Welcome reception in the evening and breakfast in the morning was great. Pickup to the Casino was convenient also! Great Choice.”

”This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!”

”Parking was easy. Easy check in. Was some confusion on check out time, and had prepaid for late check out. Got a call that woke us up that said we were to be out by 11. Was supposed to be 1pm. Need to put signage in the room on how to work shower instead of at front desk! Room was clean, and shower pressure was lovely”
