”The staff, from manager to housekeeping, treated us like long-time customers. Restaurant staff ev n asked when our last day was because they wanted to express their appreciation. Well located and hotel staff worked as a team. ”
”Good location. 20 mins walk to the CBD. 10 minutes to Jacobs ladder & Kings Park. Public transport (bus stop) just outside which is free! If you're traveling within CBD. We took the bus to Elizabeth Quay where you can easily get the train to where you want to go.
Breakfast so good. Gentleman who served breakfast Mon to Fri was excellent. Very helpful & accommodating. In fact, staff in general were excellent. Housekeeping fabulous. We had an issue with the shower drain over filling & had to use...
”The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was comfortable, warm, clean, serviced daily by housekeeping with the added bonus of lovely complimentary Mr Smith Body and Hair products. The location on Matilda Bay is beautiful and it is extremely convenient to University of WA. ”

”Observations for improvement in the studio apartment: The amount, variety and quality of cutlery, glasses and plates was poor. Mismatching odd pairs. The cleanliness of couch (sofa) and mirrors was poor. No small dinner table and chairs available in the room.”

Only issue - the hotel has no on site parking, but they have affiliated carparks in the vicinity that’s 5-10 min by foot. Can be rather inconvenient in wet weather conditions. ”Quest mounts bay offers reasonably priced modern apartments at the base of Jacobs ladder, hence close to Kings Park. The kitchen was well equipped enabling us to prepare meals, there was a washer and dryer too. There is a decent cafe on the 1st floor and a few other eating options nearby. Only issues are transport to the city involves infrequent bus or walking 15 mins, and our apartment had only a view of the steps and no opening windows. Be careful that on arrival google maps does not direct...
”Lovely place to stay - easy to get to city on a ferry, shopping facilities are in walkable distance. Kitchenette facilities enough for use. Parking is limited although there is street parking.”
