”I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.”

”These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again.”

”We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

”Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality!
However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep.
It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy.
I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort.”

”I tried to cancel this reservation(the day of). It was due to a surgical procedure. I could reach no one by phone either at Expedia or the hotel. And, the trip insurance is ridiculous. I'm sure you make it so hard so no one will do it. Very disappointed. Will not use Expedia again.”
