âFan went off every 20 seconds during the night, wasnât aircon as that was switched off so not sure what it was but kept me awake all night. Door didnât lock properly when vacating the room. Tried about ten times. Eventually got it to lock, but when I was inside the room had to put a chair against the door as I was unsure if it was locked from outside as I was a lone female traveller. Normally stay here for work but wonât be staying again. â

âStaff are excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms are a good size and clean. Lovely stay. The only thing I would say is bring your own devices to watch TV as the TVs don't work well đâ
