You'll have the entire house and yard to yourself, just like you do at home! (Half unfinished basement is used for janitorial room)

Fully Equipped Kitchen -Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, dishware/flatware, Pots and pans, Keurig, toaster, Crock-Pot, Skillet, blender, basic spices, garbage disposal

2 Car garage, 2 Driveway, 1 in street. Please don’t park in front of neighbor houses. IMPORTANT: Street parking is not permitted anytime it snows and December - February for city snow removal. In the street you can get a ticket, but it’s not strictly enforced.

Parking is one of my biggest concerns. There isn't enough parking for 8 cars. Five is the max at the home. I don't want cars in front of neighbors houses.

Please use the airbnb app. When you do, I also get notified through email. During my work day, I have access to my email and not my cell phone. Although, you're always welcome to try my cell phone. I might be at lunch and would have it.

Snow removal is very difficult to manage, and I request help from our guests. There will be shovels and salt in the garage for use. If you need help, I can come after work with a snow blower. Stay in touch with me:)

Noise disturbances will not be tolerated at any time and will result in you vacating the premises.

Do not play music outside anytime.

Do not park in front of neighbors’ houses. If needed, park extra cars at the church a quarter mile to the north.

Do not move furniture. Only the coffee table in the family room can be moved.

No smoking of any kind in the home.

Please be clean and take care of the home.

Check Out Procedure
10 AM Checkout, please:
Used beds, place Blanket at the foot of the bed. (Leave sheets on bed)
Place garage remote on counter, TV Remotes on Nightstands and fire place remote on fireplace ($100 Replacement fee)
Start the washer with bathroom towels and kitchen rags.
Start the dishwasher. If needed, hand wash extra dishes.
Remove all perishables from the refrigerator
Empty all trash to the garage/outside green can.
Turn off lights and appliances
Lock Front door with smart lock deadbolt only
