”I checked out after seeing my room. The owner refused to refund my money! The facility was not updated as advertised. The pictures where staged. The appearance of the room was not even close except for the wallpaper behind the bed! I had to drive further down to stay at the Days Inn which was much nicer. Advice to future travels, keep driving! Very dirty!”

”Room was too small; hardly any space for ironing board (explains why it was not provided). They may consider tearing down the closed almost condemned hotel office. I would not feel comfortable staying alone. It was just a one late night sleep space we needed.”

”We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least. ”I booked the least expensive room for $68 later in the evening. When I arrived, the Desk person evidently had booked the last of those rooms to someone else. He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. He gave me the option of not staying there, but I had already driven 20 minutes out of my way for the less expensive room good busy practices as well as common decency dictate that he charged me the lower price,...

”This place hasn’t had an update since the 70’s. We needed a bed for the night..so it was fine. Staff was friendly, air conditioning worked well.”
