”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest! When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active. Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”

”We came here from Canada for a basketball tournament and stayed with our team. The rooms were comfortable and newly renovated. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time visiting Memphis. The hospitality of the staff is what made our stay great. I would definitely stay here again if we're back next year. ”

”My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rambler. There was free parking on the side street next to The Rambler. Numerous restaurants were nearby and Cozy Corner served up some awesome dry rub ribs, potato salad, baked beans, banana pudding and caramel chocolate cake. It felt like The Rambler was right in the heart of things with The Civil Rights Museum and other museums, food, and Beale Street all being close by. The heated pool was a special treat for our kids. We stayed for 4 nights....

There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
