When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....
”Hotel was very convenient. It’s surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance. There is a park across the street that oversees the MS River. Easily accessible to interstate 40 and the complimentary wine is a plus with the voucher and the wine in the room. ”
”This hotel is located right next to Beale Street. Some rooms might be noisy during night time. We had a luxury to stay room not being to the Beale Street.
The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”
”We came here from Canada for a basketball tournament and stayed with our team. The rooms were comfortable and newly renovated. I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time visiting Memphis. The hospitality of the staff is what made our stay great. I would definitely stay here again if we're back next year. ”

”I love the smell of the coffee shop down stairs and the convenience of the bar as well. Let’s of restaurant options literally in walking distance. The whole staff was super friendly and welcoming no matter what shift they were working. ”
”My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rambler. There was free parking on the side street next to The Rambler. Numerous restaurants were nearby and Cozy Corner served up some awesome dry rub ribs, potato salad, baked beans, banana pudding and caramel chocolate cake. It felt like The Rambler was right in the heart of things with The Civil Rights Museum and other museums, food, and Beale Street all being close by. The heated pool was a special treat for our kids.

There is a lof of staff, but nobody seemed to be flexible with their assignments. This leads to the fact that there were several staff members hanging around but nobody was taking care of the breakfast. Maybe this is a HR issue, but very unfortunate."
