”This hotel, amenities and information from the staff was exceptional. The town of Chiusa is authentic and lovelyband in cloae proxomity to Ortesei. I highly recommend if you are looking for a more authentic stay.”

”This is a gorgeous hotel. Our room was incredible. Huge and stylish. The bathroom was wonderful with a round tub. The staff were super helpful with us leaving bags while we hiked for a few days and booking a taxi for us. Possibly the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.”

”Beautiful hotel!! Beautiful town!!”

”Struttura bellissima e personale fantastico. Un soggiorno indimenticabile”

”Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!”

”The property and rooms were immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have outstanding amenities to include a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and an outdoor heated swimming pool. The restaurant was outstanding. Cannot say enough about the hotel and the kind folks that run it.”

”It was spectacular. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful. The food is delicious. The location is ideal for great nearby hikes. Cannot recommend enough and will definitely return.”

”We enjoyed the lovely breakfast with eggs and the dinner with a lot of fresh vegetables. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful to check out local bus and schedule for us. Thank you very much!! There was only one umbrella for us to borrow. Wish you had more like other hotels.”
