”The stay would have been better if staff was responsive and responded the day prior when asked if we could leave our luggage. Instead, staff responded day of when we got there already. Otherwise, the beds were comfly and we all had good night's rest thanks to the strong AC.”

”The location of this hotel was great! Well equipped, modern apartments with good amenities. A lack of dining options and poor breakfast for the price paid is what the resort lacks. Wine tasting was also unavailable. I can anticipate this to be a great place in high season, but lack of facilities during low season make this an expensive stay without the required luxury.”

”Modern and very clean room which was set out well and the bathroom was top notch - full instructions provided ahead of time for building/room access, which was clear and easy to follow. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and just over a 10 minute walk to the arena - lots or eateries and bars within a short walk, will stay here again on our next trip to Verona.”

”The apartment is lovely, large bathroom and two good size bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a sofa as well as the bed. The rooms were clean and the added bonus of pastries, coffee machine, chilled water, tea and coffee capsules made our stay. Property was easy to find when using google street view in advance and looking at the windows, however, we did not receive the welcome email 72 hours in advance with the codes for the lock box or the link for our ID, luckily we had a note of the telephone number on...
