”**WARNING**
Absolute nightmare!! Worst service ever!!
We booked a suite for two nights via Hotels.com. The room we got was not what we paid for. Obviously, we went to ask the reception about it. The answer what I got from the reception was that we would need to complain to the Hotels.com because we have used third-party operator OR we can just leave the property (it was 9:30pm at the Friday evening). No Sorry for the inconviniece or Apologies. Just you can leave the property..

”Nice little place to stay! Staff was very accommodating. They had a water leak but made sure our accommodations were still what we got. Close driving to restaurants and stores. Has an indoor pool (it was cold) and a hot tub (just what we needed after hiking). Overall great place would stay again!”

”Hyvin askeettinen majoituspaikka. Kovaääninen ilmastointi, mutta muutoin ok. Sijainti hyvä. Hinta on kova laatuun nähden, mutta paikkakunnalla taitaa olla kallista muutoinkin.”

”When we entered (4 people) we had only one towel and asked for more. We were promised they’d be delivered to the room. We waited until 7:00 and requested that they please have them brought in while we were at dinner and were once again assured they’d be delivered. We returned from dinner - no towels. Bedsheets appeared wrinkled, had hair in them and as though they’d already been slept in and unchanged. TV and internet didn’t work. We checked out in the morning and made complaints to management,...
