”The room was very comfortable and clean. Lovely big shower. The hotel was very nice and again very clean. Great bar. As you walk in to the reception it is very grand like walking into a beautiful Manor House.
Breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from. The problem I had was it said in the booking email they check in was 2pm. It isn’t it’s 3pm . So be careful.”

”As we didn’t book direct with the hotel our evening meal wasn’t included. That wasn’t a problem as you could dine in any of the restaurants for £30 per head. Traveller’s be aware though if you didn’t want to dine in there was no other food purchase options available after 4pm. They don’t offer room service either. The grounds are extensive and it’s not possible to walk to anywhere.
Take snacks with you as there is a fridge available in the room.”

”Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent.”

”The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.”
