”Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...

”I would love to rate this property higher. The house is BEAUTIFUL, clean and well kept. However, has significant issues. Our main search was Jacuzzi Tub. And there was no hot water to the upstairs Master shower or tub. We contacted the host first thing in the morning and he arrived with a plumber. We had a very tight schedule, and they were working in our bathroom, which was already an inconvenience. The solution was to do more work in our bathroom, which would mean turning off the water to the...

”VBRO attempted to contact the owner numerous times on multiple days with no response. Photos of the poor and uninhabitable condition of the home were provided to VBRO. Advised owner of the property to contact VBRO for further communication and action. This was whole situation was a service failure.”

”Our family enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse was extremely clean and decorated nicely! The host, John and Tracey, were extremely easy to communicate with. They had a golf cart there for us to use which was a nice extra.”

”Everything from the check-in to the checkout was seamless and made my vacation. Stay even that much better. The house was supplied with everything you could possibly need including salt and pepper, Ziploc’s, a multitude of different types of tea and coffee, plenty of dishes and they even had tape. Which may seem trivial, but you never know when you might need it! The bathrooms supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also Q-tips, mouthwash and bath bombs for the beautiful soaking...

”Great house to relax and unwind with stellar views, great pool and clean-comfortable living space. Lucas was on top of all communications and updates.”
